Druk Dawn

Four blue dragons at the quarters and a fifth coiled inside a lobed blue medallion at the centre, on an open blush sand field with a petal shaped canopy closing each end. A wide band of coral, teal and blue tiles, many holding the endless knot, sits inside a white key pattern and a navy edge. The five fold order is the plan of a mandala, a centre and four directions, with the centre made a seat: the fifth dragon coils where a teacher would sit while the other four chase the jewel in toward it. The canopy is the parasol, the shade held over what is honoured. A fitting housewarming or wedding gift.
